Manufacturing Capability
The company has the in-house manufacturing capabilities covering all processes from material smelting, material forming to equipment prefabrication. It owns a complete set of manufacturing equipment, including smelting, refining, electroslag remelting, vacuum degassing, open-die forging, close die forging, external forging, ring rolling, spinning, 3D printing, static casting, heat treatment, welding, and CNC finishing. The products comply with international standards.

Large Scale Rolled Ring
- In April 2023, the world's first rolled nuclear reactor pressure vessel was completed. It is the largest-diameter and tallest cylindrical forging globally.

Heat Treatment
The company is equipped with a total of over 30 sets of various bogie hearth type heat treatment furnaces, bell type heat treatment furnaces, quenching water tanks and cooling devices. It can meet the process requirements for the heat treatment of various metallic materials.
The company is equipped with the world’s largest 16.5-meter high-temperature circular resistance heat treatment furnace and a dedicated 19-meter quenching pool.
